HAKUBA POWDER PACK ITINERARY
Brand new modern Apartments finished in December 2019. Located 250m from the Happo Sakka ski lift and close to the shuttle bus stop for other resorts on offer in the Hakuba Valley. Our Hakuba self-contained accommodation is located in the popular Wadano area, which offers many dining and drinking options. The 2 bedroom apartments all have a kitchen, separate lounge room, 2 bathrooms and a drying room. The apartments have flexible bedding options to cater for couples, families and groups needing all separate bedding. There is an onsite Oz Snow host and we offer a shuttle service for shopping and essentials.
Itinerary
DAY 1
PICK UP AT HAKUBA BUS/TRAIN STATION
On arrival in Hakuba, your Oz Snow host will meet you at Hakuba Station and transfer you to the Apartments Hakuba. Upon check in, your host will issue you with your room keys and lift tickets. This is also a good opportunity to purchase any discounted ski equipment.
DAY 2 – 4 (DAY 7 FOR EXTENDED POWDER PACKS)
SKIING
Take advantage of the massive powder dumps Hakuba is renowned for and make the most of your Multi-Mountain Lift Pass. With an average snowfall of over 11m per season, get your shred on and experience the terrain of your Hakuba 9 Mountain Lift Pass. After a hard day of skiing, make sure to relax in the Onsen on the basement level of Hakuba Gondola Hotel!
DAY 5 (DAY 8 FOR EXTENDED POWDER PACKS)
On your last day you will be transferred back to Hakuba Station for any onward travel.
ABOUT HAKUBA
Hakuba is widely known as being a first class international resort with some of the best ski/board terrain and snowfall in all of Japan. The Hakuba Valley is a huge expanse of 9 ski resorts offering an incredible variety of terrain and exploring for skiers and snowboarders alike. Whether you want the steepest runs in Japan, tons of dry powder, terrain parks, half pipes or you’re looking for some easy ski runs, this resort has it all.The host of the 1998 Winter Olympics and boasting over 1080m of vertical skiing, Hakuba is equivalent to many of the more widely known resorts of North America. It is easily accessible, only 5 hours from Tokyo and offers a real Japanese experience along with some great nightlife all within walking distance from our accommodation.
EQUIPMENT HIRE
All equipment can be arranged and purchased after you arrive in Japan with our crew at Hakuba Gondola Hotel. We have a rental shop onsite with a full range of standard and performance ski and snowboard equipment.
